Functional testing

Rigorous functional test validating whether your design works as planned. All testing steps and results will be confirmed with you via videos or record with data, CJ team make sure all of your instructions will be listen and followed and our goal is make sure your PCBA 100% pass the test. All defective issues and reasons will be recorded and share with you for further improving action.

Reliability Testing

CJPCBA can optimize the layout of PCBA for customer scenarios (such as enhancing heat dissipation paths and adding protective coatings), and has passed rigorous tests and verifications – such as high and low temperature cycle tests (-55℃ to 125℃, 5000 cycles) and random vibration tests (10-2000Hz). 20g RMS, salt spray test (1000 hours, 5% NaCl solution), to ensure that PCB substrates (such as high Tg boards), components (industrial grade/automotive-grade), and soldering processes (lead-free solder, selective wave soldering) do not fail under long-term extreme environments.
