You will receive feedback from a dedicated sales engineer providing one-on-one service throughout your entire process as soon as possible and a customized quotation within 24 hours.

Initial contract agreement

After fully understanding the customer's requirements and confirming the price, lead time, payment method, transportation and qualification certification, please ask for the PI agreement and make the advance payment to start our cooperation.

Production Progress

After receiving the prepayment, production will be arranged immediately. During the production process, your full-time dedicated sales engineer will promptly inform you of PCB completion, component reception, production progress and estimated delivery date to you. Before shipment, detailed photos and packaging of the products will be taken for your confirmation.

If your project needs PCBA programming/testing/conformal coating, we will confirm each step through video to ensure that all instructions are implemented 100% and pass the test.

Engineering Inspection

EQ confirmation.
EQ Feedback

Our engineers will further check your Gerber files, Bom and inspection manuals to ensure there are no common errors in production files.

If there are any common errors in production EQ, we will communicate with you through EQ for confirmation. All abnormal problems and solutions will be recorded and shared with you for further improvement.

Delivery & Shipment

Quality inspection.
Package and arrange shipment

Once production is completed, we will immediately arrange shipment (Fedex, DHL,UPS or others that meet customers need) and provide packing lists, invoices and waybills. And we will keep an eyes on the delivery until the goods are safely delivered to your destination.
